Ozokerite is a white and medium hard wax with a relatively high melting point. It will increase viscosity, assist in emulsion stability and reduce the brittleness of stick preparations and add hardness. These properties encourage its uses in lip stick and lip care products, W/O emulsions, pastes and oleogels.
